If you were ordered by a court or advised by an attorney, please do not use this sign up form. Click Here to sign up for the "Court Ordered" class.
By selecting that you agree, you must attend class on your requested date. There is a $25 reschedule fee if you fail to reschedule within 72 hours of your requested class date.
