By selecting that you agree in the following checked box, you agree and understand that you must bring a picture ID and $120 if attending the 4-5 hour program; either cash or money order.
There is a $20 reschedule fee if you fail to reschedule within 72 hours of making said appointment. Also, our victim impact section will only be given at our Forsyth location - at no charge.
