A single violation of a state or local law could cost you your job, job opportunities, loss of or prevention from receiving scholarships, government grants, and even prevent someone from joining the military. No one wants to be labeled as an offender/ criminal for a single choice or decision. This program diverts you from formal prosecution and gives the court an alternative approach as a second chance for members of our community. The goal of this program is to educate our community on state and local laws. Through Knowledge, Education and Awareness of our laws, our community is able to make more informed decisions. Our training programs are taught at local colleges and online due to COVID concerns. This Program has been accepted in numerous court systems throughout Metro-Atlanta and North Georgia to include Fulton, Clayton, Hall, Forsyth, Cobb, Dekalb, Gwinnett, Pickens, Gilmer and Fannin counties.

Laws may vary by state and jurisdictions. Operation 21 offerers the following classes through the court system:

Georgia Law, Decision Making, Rules of the Road, Anger Management, Theft Prevention, Drug and Alcohol Awareness, Gun Safety, DNR violations, Business Ordinance Violations (Noise and Alcohol), Victim Impact Program.
